A prominent design feature marks the south-east corner of the site where Alperton Lane meets Ealing Road, it forms an urban marker and gateway on the border of the borough of Brent. The massing of the development is informed through the various site fundamentals. These include creating a terraced mass from south to north to maximise sunlight and daylight to the project and the surrounding neighbours.

At ground floor level the massing steps back from the street to provide space for a public amenity park alongside the busy road. A central courtyard on the ground floor provides private amenity to all residents, and adds value to the quality of the scheme.
