This townscape led project amalgamates 12 different plots under permitted development into new apartments for the prime market and affordable homes. Set in one of London’s finest 18th century streets the new-build scheme retains a Grade II listed façade and a late Victorian façade on Dartmouth Street where the design was executed so the building appears as a series of townhouses to fit with the local area. The complex build includes a triple basement for amenity use and a car stacker. Interiors in collaboration with Linley mix modern luxury with a quintessentially British style.
