Ravensbourne House awarded planning approval

Phase 2 of our Ravensbourne House project received unanimous approval at planning committee last week, with councillors giving high praise to the design and approach to parking.

The scheme provides two pairs of semi detached houses which face each other across a green landscaped courtyard, and basement car parking accessed via a car lift. The new houses are located within the grounds of Ravensbourne House, a Victorian country manor house located in the London Borough of Bromley, and form part of a larger development which also involves the refurbishment and conversion of the existing house into 7 apartments. The project is due to start on site in July 2016.
