The project provides a cleverly planned mix of high-rise and low-rise apartments. This unique design ensures that each residence enjoys a view of either the private gardens or the outdoor riverside scenery.
A leisure park and a central lawn area of more than 6,000 square metres is surrounded by green plants and some 9,000 square metres of colourful flowers and trees. There are also a number of theme gardens such as the ‘Discovery Garden’, an outdoor children’s play area, and ‘The Courtyard’, which has been designed with movable rail hedges so that the layout can be altered to create a semi-enclosed or a fully open banquet venue.
