Appointed to develop a facade design for both phases of the project as well as audit and re-work previous plans for the Phase 1 building. Apartment layouts will be re-designed to include three types ranging from 70 to 188 sqm. Ground to second floor will be commercial with two floors of residential clubhouse above.
