In need of a new home, a chance meeting with Grosvenor revealed a potential space which could work. Set in Eccleston Yards, the local community with its focus on wellbeing was a perfect spot.

With low ceilings, limited natural light and no entrance, the space needed a major rethink and retrofit. Following internal consultations with staff, the vision was to create an inventive and collaborative environment, filled with light, where staff enjoy coming to work each day, and were proud to call home. A new entrance was created, wrap around windows and an external terrace. Behind the scenes, forward thinking technology such as a superfast broadband network, state of the art connectivity, and ultra low energy lighting help to future proof the office.

The result was a change in the culture of the business and is an example of how good design can positively influence and radically improve efficiency and ways of working.

Fossil fuel free, the new space uses a 100% renewable energy source. Following external assessments, the offsetting of 61 tonnes of carbon enables the practice to be certified carbon neutral.
