Refurbishment scheme for the podium areas for the second phase of a major renovation of an existing residential estate. Located in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island, the project includes all exteriors and landscape and internal common spaces including the clubhouse, residential tower lobbies and signage.

Working closely with the Residents’ Committee and the building management, a scheme was devised to give a contemporary re-branding to the development. It also solves existing operational issues and adds up-to-date facilities and functions for the residents to enjoy.
Phase one external works to the towers, were completed by others in 2012.
