A residential tower located on the shore of the exclusive Repulse Bay in Hong Kong. Development of a scheme from concept through to completion for both the architecture and the interiors. The architecture was developed in close collaboration with local architects LWK, with the interior of the show apartment in association Mark Humphrey.
The project won the MIPIM Best International Residential Development Award and is the first of a number of projects to introduce the Grosvenor brand to the Asia Pacific market.
