This new office development is situated within a prominent location with five floors of flexible office space over two floors of retail. Sitting opposite Harrods, the bold contemporary design uses brick, terracota, glass and steel to integrate it within the surrounding conservation area.

The main entrance is off-centre so that the building retains its visual link with Harrods from the interior with a walkway above the main entrance in the double height reception lit by a tall window that also gives views of the store along with the busy street below. Accessed from the first floor it also provides a viewing platform for visitors who are waiting in the private reception suite.

 
 
 

Generous Grade A floor plates are arranged around an elegant atrium and each floor can subdivide so self contained space can be provided if required. Four retail units on the ground floor are faced in Bath stone and a restaurant occupies the corner space where Hans Crescent meets Basil Street.
