Proposals for a sustainable masterplan for a leisure complex nestling on the coast in southern Spain near La Alcaidesa. A 900 bed hotel with plentiful green space adapts to the topology to provide sea views for the guests whilst ensuring privacy.

The integration of the buildings with nature and the location along with green energy elements were key considerations that were central to the project. These led to a low rise scheme with green roofs and solar panels that appears to hug the ground and form of the coastline.

 
 
 

The staggered building arrangement ensures there are no visual barriers to the sea views from the top of the site.
