Located in the heart of Tokyo's prestigious Jingumae area, 14 luxurious and contemporary residences have been designed by our Hong Kong Studio for expansive living, both inside and out.

Accessible via a narrow street and overlooked on all sides, a key challenge was developing both the building envelope and facade design whilst working within the challenging constraints of the site.

The resulting form is clean and simple, with stepped terraces and large balcony cantilevers providing a strong horizontal emphasis.

The development includes 14 units all greater than 250sqm including a whole-floor penthouse with private roof-top pool.

The team also designed and executed the interior design of the common areas and apartment interiors with a luxurious, minimal style.

By limiting the colour and material palette (pale bricks, warm bronze metalwork and timber), the development seamlessly blends into the surrounding context.

Recently launched as Marq Omotosando One, the project is currently being marketed to an exclusive international clientele.
