Refurbishment of an existing tower podium facade in the Wanchai area of Hong Kong Island. A new podium facade design was developed while working in conjunction with the interior designer appointed for the entrance lobby.

The facade design consists of large decorative panels created from stacked bronze and gold colour aluminium lattices. These panels are set into a clean limestone facade with brass detailing interwoven around the central lobby entrances. The finished facade brings a formal tonality and elegance to this energetic district of Hong Kong.

Two street level commercial units are either side of the main lobby entrance, the upper podium levels are occupied by car parking.
