Eleanore joined Studio PDP in 2017 and is a key member of the practice’s support team. As a creative and highly organised problem-solver, she plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of tasks and projects across the studio.
Eleanore is passionate about mental health and wellbeing within the workplace. She is an active member of the Architectural Mental Health Forum and a certified Mental Health First Aider.
She oversees the full employee lifecycle at Studio PDP, from recruitment and professional development through to employee relations and benefits.
As lead coordinator for staff social events, Eleanore brings the vital cohesion needed to create our positive office culture.
Eleanore is a Chartered Associate member of the CIPD and holds a degree in Fine Art from Sheffield Hallam University.
