As an experienced architect and Certified Passivhaus Designer, Federica has a wealth of sustainable design and retrofit knowledge across all design and construction workstages. Her focus is to drive meaningful change with a dedication to a more sustainable and resilient world. Federica believes that architects can play a crucial role in reducing carbon emissions in the built environment. On hand to support all projects in the practice, Federica’s role also involves championing the practice commitment to retrofitting existing buildings and upskilling design teams.

As a Passivhaus consultant, Federica’s experience ranges from design verification for large-scale, new-build residences to retrofit strategies to achieve EnerPHit certification. In previous roles her key sector experience included all types of residential, workplace and hospitality projects. Federica has worked on award winning masterplans, successful planning consents for large mixed-use developments, planning, design development and construction overview for a central London hotel and office refurbishments in the City of London.

Federica delivers CPD sessions and is technical studies Associate Lecturer at the Royal College of Arts. She studied architecture at the Politecnico di Milano.
