Iain has significant experience of complex heritage and new build projects in the residential and workplace sectors, and the successful management of multi-disciplinary design teams that this type of development brings.

He has a keen interest in sustainable, low carbon design, in particular when retrofitting existing building stock, and enjoys pushing the technical boundaries of design for the envelope of buildings.

Key projects include rebuilding the UKs only Grade I listed facade for the Regent’s Crescent development which included retrofitting two 1960s buildings and the design proposal to transform Grosvenor Gardens House. His new build experience includes Wapping Lane in east London.
