Sophie is an experienced HR professional who specialises in change management, employee engagement and employee relations. She is particularly interested in workplace psychology - happiness, motivation and engagement, she enjoys seeing people thrive and develop in their career. Sophie leads the practice initiatives on inclusion, including community outreach and introducing keys systems to streamline the recruitment and career development process.

Combining an interest in workplace psychology with a passion for the Arts and Architecture has led to her career in HR within the built environment. Within the sector Sophie is a member of the cross practice HR forum and the Architecture Race Forum. Externally Sophie is a visiting practitioner at UAL for the Design Management BA where she provides mentoring support.

Following a degree in Visual Arts from Plymouth University , Sophie completed an MSc in International Resources Management at Kingston University. Sophie is a Mental Health First Aid Champion, a Chartered Member of CIPD and a member of CMI (Chartered Management Institute).
