Wayne has extensive experience in complex heritage and new build projects in the residential and mixed-use sectors, and is a retrofit coordinator.

With a passion for breathing new life into existing buildings, Wayne focuses on giving them a second lease of life while contributing to the quality of street scape. Within conservation areas, Wayne has experience working with buildings which are Grade I and Grade II listed, these include the alterations, refurbishments and restorations. Typically these include residences, either for sale or rental, above either retail or restaurant use. Providing technical expertise, Wayne has significant involvement in the delivery of projects while working within commercial and planning constraints.

Wayne studied architecture at the University of the West of England, and The University of Westminster where he was nominated for the students RIBA Presidents Medal, he qualified as an architect in 2015.
