Located in Keston, in the London Borough of Bromley, the manor house required a complete re-configuration of the internal layout. A series of seven lateral, duplex, and triplex apartments with private terraces and views are arranged around a central communal core. It was essential that the design included access and connectivity to the gardens for the residents and this was achieved via new terraces on flint and masonry extensions.

Fitting seamlessly with the immediate context are four new terraced houses with private underground parking and rear gardens. The site is three acres of mature landscaped gardens.
