The 29-storey Resiglow tower situated in Happy Valley, Hong Kong, is a chic, urban loft-inspired apartment building.

Catering to a sophisticated, international market, the design explores the use and connection of residential spaces to create progressive housing solutions with a modern loft style. This has resulted in unique planning and detailing and provided an identifiable character to the building’s facade and interior design whilst maximising the requirements of the local market.

The project consists of 104 two bedroom apartments, 2 three bedroom penthouse apartments and recreation facilities at podium level and rooftop. Attention was paid to concealing thresholds between spaces to create a unique, open plan effect reflecting the theme.

Interior design details and colour schemes for typical apartments were tested in a full scale mock up prior to construction. The clean and uncluttered design language is in a stylish palette of black and white with tactile, textural finishes.
