Sixty Moorgate

Workplace, Retail

The redevelopment of three sites to form high quality, column free office space and ground floor retail units was central to this scheme. The exisiting high quality stone facade was retained on Moorgate with Halifax House, a prominent Art Deco building deconstructed and reconstructed to match floor levels across the site. A new and complementary facade on London Wall completes the combined building.
