Redevelopment of a pair of Grade II listed buildings to create 10 luxury apartments and one retail unit. Set within the Covent Garden Conservation Area, the two buildings were sensitively refurbished and converted from office use.

Layouts were re-designed by retaining the numbers and the mix of apartments whilst improving the design, circulation and appearance of the listed buildings. A roof extension and roof terrace was added for the penthouse apartment.
