Design of a new build residential scheme on a prominent site overlooking the bay in Hong Kong’s New Territories. The development comprises 39 large- scale family houses on freestanding allotments and a residential tower of 30 apartments. Site levels have been carefully utilised to maximise the number of houses with sea views and swimming pools.
