Refurbishment of an existing residential development on Hong Kong’s south side. The project covers the podium, internal common spaces, signage and landscape as a first stage with tower refurbishment for the second stage.

Working closely with the whole team, including structural and other specialist consultants a scheme was devised to give a contemporary re-branding to the development. Crucially, the design works with the existing structure and addresses a number of operational issues apparent in the existing design.

Completed to a programme of just 12 months, the first stage successfully managed complicated site logistics to meet the programme and retain a safe, ‘live’ site for residents.
