A residential development proposal in the UVA of Hortaleza, where the architecture of Fernando Higueras has characterized the neighborhood since the 1960s. A change in urban planning in this area has notably increased the density of the urban fabric.

The project is integrated into a very varied urban environment, not only with the primitive houses of the UVA but with the more contemporary surrounding buildings. A rigorous building is proposed which is energy efficient and an autonomous element in the urban environment in which it is framed.
