Design architects for Westminster Terrace, a residential development in Castle Peak Road, Hong Kong. The project is aimed at the high-end local market and provides 59 duplex apartments with unit sizes ranging from 300 sqm to 550 sqm. There are two penultimate and one penthouse apartments.

A 33 storey tower sits over a cantilevering clubhouse and landscaped terraces with infinity pool and tennis court. The team included local architects Aedas and an international consultant team including interior designer Koichiro Ikebuchi and award winning landscape architect Andy Sturgeon.

Breaking away from traditional layouts, sections of the building were joined to create flow from one to another. This gives the building a much greater sense of a single, distinct identity, and ties the project together in a graceful way.
