Duke's Place wins Best Residential Development in MIPIM Asia Awards

We are excited that Duke's Place for Couture Homes Properties, Grosvenor Asia Pacific and Asia Standard International Group has been selected as one of the winners in the Best Residential Development category.

The MIPIM Asia Awards are a standard of excellence that reward the property industry’s best and brightest projects in Asia Pacific. The final Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be decided by a public vote drawn from the 900+ delegates expected to attend the MIPIM Asia Summit, with the results to be unveiled at the closing night Awards Gala Dinner ceremony on November 27.
