First look: Chelsea Barracks Townhouses

We are delighted to be able to share exterior images of Phase 2 of the prestigious Chelsea Barracks development for Qatari Diar.

Phase 2 comprises two terraces of family townhouses around the linear garden squares created in the north eastern part of the site. The terraces comprise 7 and 6 houses respectively. The 13 buildings reintroduce the idea of the London townhouse and express a new architectural language as graceful and as resonant of its location as its distinguished antecedent, with cues taken from the garden square and terraces of Georgian-era London.

Those principles have been moulded and built upon for the demands of 21st century buyers, with lateral space, open-plan living and leisure complexes.
