Meet our NLA Expert Panellists
We are delighted to announce that we have two members of the practice sitting on the New London Architecture (NLA) Expert Panels again this year.
Partner, Marion Baeli, will be remaining on the Expert Panel on Net Zero for a third year. The panel will be focusing on sharing best practice to accelerate the adoption of climate solutions to help create a zero-carbon London. Click to read more about the Net Zero panel.
Marion is an award-winning architect with a portfolio of work that involves re-imagining and refurbishing sites for new uses and also creating new places. Passionate and authoritative on low energy design and issues surrounding net zero carbon, she is author of ‘Residential Retrofits, 20 case studies’ and a board member of the Passivhaus Trust.
Project Architect, Kin Kay Lee, will be joining the Expert Panel on Technical Competence for a second year, where the focus will be on fire safety regulations and procurement, MMC, digital collaboration, and training and education. Click to read more about the Technical Competence panel.
Kin Kay is a chartered Architect with over 10 years’ professional experience in the design and delivery of highly technical, complex schemes in London. He takes a pivotal role on early-stage design development with a passion for bridging design value and real estate development principals. During construction phases, he champions design quality, regulatory framework and site monitoring processes. He believes in a collaborative approach through learning from a diverse range of stakeholder groups throughout project lifecycles. He has recently completed Regent’s Crescent, the rebuilding of a Grade I listed John Nash building and Eighty Strand, the transformation of the iconic, Grade II Listed, Shell Mex House into a flexible workplace for the future.
