Philip Willis

Philip has extensive experience in construction health and safety with a focus on design. He provides Principal Designer and CDM Client Advisor services for internal and external projects and is also on hand across the practice providing advice to staff. He also delivers CPD sessions and is an advocate for the business case for health and safety. Philip delivers hazard identification and competency documentation for clients to PAS 91 and SSIP standards. He has in key role in developing practice knowledge on the implementation of emerging legislation, in particular under the new Building Safety Act.

With project experience that spans many sectors and building types, Philip is currently working on Cambridge House Hotel. This complex project weaves the restoration of a Grade I listed Georgian building with other listed buildings and complementary new build elements. Philip’s other projects include the Queens Head public house, interior fit out of a private house and the Grade II listed, Eaton Lane which will become residences again with ground floor retail space.
