Planning submitted for 132 home scheme at Alperton Lane

Alperton Lane in Ealing is one of our recent residential and community projects to be submitted for planning. The development is located on a former Currys PC World site and features 132 new homes with excellent transport links.

The massing of the development is informed through the various site fundamentals. These include creating a terraced mass from south to north to maximise sunlight and daylight to the project and the surrounding neighbours.

At ground floor level the massing steps back from the street to provide space for a public amenity park alongside the busy road. A central courtyard on the ground floor provides private amenity to all residents and adds value to the quality of the scheme.
