Andrew has extensive experience and knowledge of retail and hospitality buildings and environments. He is currently leading the team for the conversion of House of Fraser on Oxford Street which needs to meet the challenges of current and future retail trends and a post pandemic London. He is also leading the 100 bed, 5 star Cambridge House Hotel on Piccadilly which includes a street facing bar and restaurant, retail, function and events spaces, spa and gym.

His design flair and sound project management skills have contributed to the success of a wide variety of high quality refurbishment and new build projects, often on historically sensitive sites, for example One Queen Anne’s Gate in St James’s. With an imaginative and innovative approach to the re-use of existing buildings, Andrew has a sympathetic yet commercial approach that places achieving clients objectives first, key examples include Eighty Strand and 45 Park Lane.

Andrew has worked with the practice since its formation in 1994.
